Sacandaga Bible Conference’s food is generous, familiar and fun, whether freshly made pizza for summer campers, carved prime rib at a Saturday night smorgasbord or a barbecue at the beach. It’s also responsible, with produce from local farms served in season and guests with dietary needs receiving special attention.
Three buffet meals a day are served at the Hilltop Dining Hall. Breakfast may include whole grain chocolate chip pancakes with homemade sausage, western eggs or a do-it-yourself oatmeal bar with fresh fruit. A smorgasbord is offered at 5:30 p.m. Saturdays, before the free concert. Sundays are special, with Sac Sunday Dinner, a classic family after-church buffet from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m.. and our Sunday Night Burger Bars during family camp, featuring all the fixin’s. Fridays through the summer season, we offer a Family Barbecue and Cookout from 4:30 to 6 p.m., with takeout meals available.
