Summer dining hall menus

menu featHilltop Dining Hall offers guests up to 20 buffet meals per week during the family camp season. For guests not on a meal plan, individual meals can be purchased at the office. Vegetarian, gluten-free and dairy-free diets can be accommodated with prior notice. Contact the office by email or by calling (518) 883-3713.

WEEK OF AUG. 10

BREAKFAST

The buffet is open from 8 to 8:45 a.m. Cost: $5 per person ($4 ages 7-11, $3 ages 4-6). Please purchase tickets in the office on the previous day. Breakfast is not available to the public on Saturday or Sunday.

Monday: Chocolate chip pancakes, pancakes, sausage links, apple-cinnamon oatmeal, chocolate doughnuts, peaches, cold cereal bar, fresh fruit.

Tuesday: Bacon, egg & cheese biscuit, sausage, egg & cheese bagel, tater tots, hot cereal assortment, fruit & yogurt parfait, cold cereal bar, fresh fruit.

Wednesday: French toast sticks with a dipping cup, turkey sausage links, baked oatmeal, mini chocolate chip muffins, cold cereal bar, fresh fruit.

Thursday: Cinnamon roll baked French toast, maple-glazed ham, cheesy hash browns, cream of wheat, Danishes, cold cereal bar, fresh fruit.

Friday: Banana-white chocolate chip pancakes, pancakes, sausage patties, chocolate oatmeal, selection of yogurt, cold cereal bar, fresh fruit.

LUNCH

The buffet is open from noon to 12:45 p.m. Cost: $6 per person ($5 ages 7-11, $4 ages 4-6). Please purchase tickets in the office. Lunch is not available to the public on Saturday.

Monday: Meatball & sausage subs with marinara sauce and Parmesan cheese, French fries, cucumber spears, and grape tomatoes with yogurt dipping sauce, chocolate chip cookies.

Tuesday: BBQ chicken, macaroni and cheese, baked beans, potato-egg salad, bell peppers with ranch dipping cups, mini corn muffins, watermelon.

Wednesday: Pulled pork on a whole-grain bun, assorted chips, dill pickle spears, coleslaw, pepperoni pasta salad, baby carrots with ranch dressing dipping cups, topical Jell-O.

Thursday: Ham and cheese on a pretzel roll with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles, potato skins with bacon, cheese and sour cream, dill pickles, assorted vegetables with ranch dressing dipping cups, brownies.

Friday: Pizza logs with marinara sauce and spicy marinara sauce, Caesar salad, pretzels with hummus, Italian ice, fresh fruit.
