June 24: Sacandaga Bible Conference staff

The Sacandaga Bible Conference summer staff is made up of about four dozen teens and young adults from all across the East Coast, with many from right here in Fulton, Montgomery and Saratoga counties. During the week, they’re counselors, maintenance workers, lifeguards, kitchen staffers and other employees, but for the first Saturday of summer, they come together in one voice of praise. Worship along with them, and hear some of their stories as they begin a summer of ministering to our families and young people.

July 15: This Hope

This Hope began in the small town of Soldotna, which is located about three hours from Anchorage, in Southcentral Alaska. Most of us grew up in the same church, and we all spent a lot of time together. In the early days, different combinations of us sang special music at our home church and at other churches in the area. Eventually, there was enough local interest in our group for us to schedule an entire summer of church services in Alaska. We then established the Atlanta area as the place we wanted to live and serve from!
